To the person who has been holding your breath–it is okay to relax.
Maybe you’ve been waiting for the other shoe to drop or the next storm to hit.
Truth is–trouble will come, but what might happen if you reframe your outlook?
Lean in and consider another way to look at your life.
It’s not up to you to make sure everything goes smoothly. Let that ruminate in your spirit for a minute. Maybe your tension is rooted in the false belief that everything running smoothly is on your shoulders. That alone would be a relaxation inhibitor.
Let today be the day you pivot from fear to a hopeful expectancy. Instead of concentrating on what could go wrong, meditate on all the good that could happen today.
Practice a new rhythm and see how it changes your outlook and response to obstacles that will invariably cross your path.
Exhale fear.
Inhale peace.
Rest.
