Moment of Truth Monday [in May]

IMG_5827Hey there, friend!

I’m glad you are here. In fact, I’ve grown to love Mondays with you. You see the table in that photo? That’s where I sit every time I draft a post, and that mug [or whichever is clean at the time] is always full of my favorite tea. Did you know we’ve been meeting together for almost two years? Thank you for your faithfulness in journeying with me as you clicked, opened, read, and shared each post. You’ve been the antidote in my lonely seasons and a constant companion during job and family transitions. That is not an exaggeration, it’s the truth.

Does this sound like a “Dear John” letter? Stick with me because that’s NOT where I’m going with this. Promise.

During the month of May, I will be sharing a special series called “Letters from the Heart.” It’s a glimpse into the secret places of my heart through special relationships. Each week will offer an honest letter between family and friends. There will be a special guest posting a couple of times, and I promise you don’t want to miss any of the letters!

Letters from the Heart Blog Series

My sincere hope is that this blog series is not just nice, but that it strikes a nerve or inspires you to action. Maybe there’s something you feel compelled to share with a friend or loved one. Maybe these letters will serve as a jumping off point for you. If nothing else, I’d love for you to read and share [as you see fit] each post in the series.

What does this have to do with Moment of Truth Monday? A lot, actually. The typical post will be put on hold for the month of May, and this series will take it’s place. Moment of Truth Monday will resume in June.

Thank you for coming along. It means more to me than I can adequately convey.
